"CLIFFHANGER FALL 2006 - FORBIDDEN HOLLYWOOD: THE PRE CODE FILMS: SHE DONE THE HAYS CODE WRONG
The Record entertainment correspondent Jim Beckerman will host a four part series on the pre code films - these films all were produced prior to the Hays Code of 1934. Jim Beckerman will open each program with a discussion of the film and he will follow the screenings with Q&A from the audience. This festival is sponsored by the Fort Lee Film Commission and Borders Books. The programs take place at Borders Books Cafe at 1642 Schlosser Street, Fort Lee, and each program starts at 7pm.
