This Week at the Palisades Interstate Park:

"Spring Cliffhanger Film Festival"

There will be a film history program with the Fort Lee Film Commission on Saturday, April 8, at 1 PM at the Visitor Center auditorium at Fort Lee Historic Park (Hudson Terrace immediately south of the George Washington Bridge). "Birding for Beginners"

There will be a beginning birding workshop with Linn Pierson on Sunday, April 9, from 2 - 4 PM at Park Headquarters in Alpine (PIP Exit 2). The workshop will include both indoor and outdoor instruction; participants should bring binoculars if possible. "The Unknown Palisades: a slideshow through time"

There will be a slide lecture for the Haverstraw King's Daughter Library with Eric Nelsen on Wednesday evening, April 5, at 7 PM at the library at 10 W. Ramapo Rd., Garnerville, NY.
